ARDMAIR

An original oil painting  inspired by the area surrounding Ardmair bay on the west coast highlands of Scotland. Ardmair is a small community of houses on the shores of Loch  Kanaird, Wester Ross near the village of Ullapool a popular tourist destination and ferry terminal for the Western Isles. 
In this small study I have tried to capture the atmosphere of the loch and surrounding hills in muted tones.
Painted in muted beige and blue colours in oils on a small 10" x  10" canvas.
Available as professionally printed signed fine art giclee prints 12" x 12" or 20" x 20" on textured watercolor style paper.
