ARDNAMURCHAN STORM SCOTTISH LANDSCAPE PAINTING

In this modern contemporary Scottish landscape painting I have tried to convey the atmosphere of a dramatic and atmospheric winter storm off the coast of Ardnamurchan, the most westerly point of the mainland of Scotland.
Painted in an impressionist semi abstract style, in muted tones of grey and ochre, with a dramatic stormy sky and a rough windswept sea.
