BLA BHEINN GOLD
Bla Bheinn sometimes known as Blaven or the Blue Mountain is an outlying part of the Black Cuillin of Skye on the west coast of the highlands of Scotland. In this Scottish mountain munro landscape painting I have tried to portray the atmosphere of a bright autumn day with the golden orange colour of the sun shinning on the bracken covered hillside contrasting with the rugged blue ridge of Bla Bheinn in the distance.
24" x 24" canvas on board in a contemporary white wood frame. Also available as professionally printed fine art giclee prints 12" x 12" or 20" x 20" on textured watercolor style paper. Other custom sizes and surfaces are available to order. |
Bla Bheinn is part of the Strathaird estate owned and managed by the John Muir Trust a Scottish conservation charity organisation which protects areas of wild land in Scotland for all to enjoy. As well as protecting the landscape the trust also works to restore the the natural habitats and native species.
