HIDDEN BAY LOCH SUNART

A dramatic semi abstract colourful study of an autumn landscape scenic view beside loch Sunart, Ardnamurchan on the west coast highlands of Scotland.
Inspired by a hidden bay accessed through the birch tree woodlands surrounding this long picturesque Scottish sea loch.
In this painting I have tried to portray the atmosphere and scenery of a wet autumn day with the wind blowing through the trees and over the waves of the secluded bay.
