LOCH BROOM

In this modern contemporary Scottish landscape painting I have tried to portray the atmosphere and weather of a a grey murky day overlooking Loch Broom, in the highlands of Scotland with a dramatic cloudy grey sky and the mountains and hills in a cool blue colour.
Painted in a textural semi abstract impressionist style with the purple colour of the underpainting showing through.
