MOONLIGHT OVER SUILVEN

This is a modern contemporary Scottish landscape painting inspired by the Iconic mountain of Suilven on the west coast highlands of Scotland near the village of Loch Inver, which nestles beneath this rugged rounded egg shaped Scottish  hill.
In this original acrylic art I have tried to convey the tranquil atmosphere of the night below a watery moonlit sky, painted in abstracted earth tones with cooler blue colours for the hillsides.
