STORR BLUE

An original painting of a view of the much photographed Old man of Storr on the Isle of Skye. 
This dramatic rugged rock formation  of the Storr rocks dominates the landscape of the Trotternish peninsular north of Portree.
The tallest pinnacle of the Old Man rises to height of 164ft (50m) and very rarely climbed due to the fragility of the Basalt rock.
Painted in cool blue colours in acrylics on a large 24" x  24" canvas on board.
